In
order to access your email by Webmail, first you must have
a computer that has access to the Internet. Webmail is similar
to any web based email system such as Hotmail, Yahoo etc.
Type
"http://webmail.YOURDOMAIN.co.uk" into the address
bar (your domain is the .co.uk or .com name that you normally
use. Our domain, for example is "hansam.co.uk" NOTE
- don't put WWW. in the address bar as it won't work!
The
screen you will get is shown below:

Next,
enter the email address you wish to check into the Mailbox
field and your email address password into the Password field.
Press return and the following screen will load.

From
here you can Read and Compose emails. Also you can manage
an address book, which is very handy if you travel alot and
can never remember important email addresses! Also there is
a Preferences button where you can customise your webmail
and use automatic signatures etc.
Once
you have read your email, you can delete it if you wish but
it may be better to leave it there as when you check your
email on your main computer, all the email will be downloaded
so you can store any important ones.
A
tip - if you sent important emails using this system, copy
yourself in so that you can keep a copy. Webmail does not
easily store Sent email.
